By requesting the trial access, we understand & agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

• This is only a ONE TIME NO OBLIGATION LIMITED PERIOD FREE Trial.
• Access will be granted to institutional users, registered Students & faculties, officials & any/all visiting academic users only.
• IP based access will be provided for use from within campus premises.
• Password based Remote Access will be provided only on written request from the institute. You will take proper reasonable efforts ensuring that the password based access is not disclosed to any person not affiliated/registered to your institute/organization.
• You will promptly inform us as soon as you learn or judge that password has been disclosed to un-intended users. New password may have to be created on request.

Agreement

• I/We agree to use the products and reproduce part (but not all) of the products for the purposes of evaluation only.
• I/We agree to limit the access to this trial only to our registered students, faculties, officials & any/all visitors to the library.
• I/We agree that under no circumstances will this trial access be used for any commercial gain.
• I/We agree that THIS TRIAL IN NO WAY CAN BE CONSIDERED A SUBSCRIPTION IN ANY FORM WHETEHR PAYED OR GIFT/GRANTED.
• I/We respect the Intellectual Property Rights of the Publishers/Authors and ensure all necessary & reasonable efforts to protect them.
